30, 2006 - 4:00pm - 10:30pm - Our team assisted the St. Louis County Park
Rangers and the St. Louis County Police with traffic control and parking
management at the JB Blast at Jefferson Barracks park. The event consisted
of a concert from 5pm until 9pm and a thirty minute fireworks display
after the concert. The event only drew a little less than half the number
of people it had in previous years due to lack of advertisement for the
event. There was one injury in which a woman fell and injured her leg
at the event. Unit 220 and 65 assisted the Rangers with medical aid for
the woman until the ambulance arrived and took her to the hospital.
