2004 World War II Weekend
April 24 - 25, 2004 - Our team assisted the St. Louis County Park Rangers with the World War II Weekend at Jefferson Barracks Park. The event was a WWII battle reenactment between the U.S. army and the German army complete with WWII army vehicles and real guns firing blanks. It rained all day Saturday but they managed to sneak in two scaled down battles in between downpours. There was one battle on Sunday at noon complete with tanks and planes. Our team directed traffic and supervised parking for the event.
