6, 2003 - 7:00pm - 11:30pm - Our team assisted the St. Louis County Park
Rangers with directing traffic and managing parking for the Blues on the
Mississippi concert at Jefferson Barracks Park. Due to rain earlier in
the day, the concert only drew a crowd of about one thousand. Near the
end of the concert thick fog developed so our team directed traffic at
a tricky intersection where visibility was less than 100ft.
